Science Faculty
This faculty covers a broad range of subject areas including Core Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Horticulture. Further an environmental systems courses is offered in conjunction with the Humanities and Commerce Faculty. Core science is compulsory in the Middle years and year 11. The sciences are available as an NCEA option and IB options with Horticulture an NCEA only subject and Environmental systems IB only course. The faculty has 11 specialist and general laboratories within the Science and Technology block. Mrs Sarah Kucera is the head of faculty for the Science faculty.
